Horizontal Coil Tong

Coil Tong is a specialized lifting device designed for the safe, balanced, and damage-free lifting and handling of steel, aluminum, and similar metal coils. It is used in conjunction with crane systems and is suitable for heavy industrial applications.

Its design, which grips the coil from the inner diameter, ensures that the load is held centrally and in a well-balanced manner. The automatic locking mechanism is activated automatically under load, providing maximum safety. When the load is released, the system opens easily, reducing operation time.

Special contact points that protect the coil surface prevent deformation and surface damage. Coil Tongs can be custom-manufactured to suit different coil diameters and weights.
