Counterweighted C Hook is a specialized lifting device designed to ensure self-balancing of steel and aluminum coil sheets during lifting and handling operations. Thanks to its counterweight system, the hook fork remains in a horizontal position during loading and unloading, minimizing the need for operator intervention.
Manufactured from high-strength steel, the structure is designed to withstand heavy industrial operating conditions. The counterweight mechanism is optimized through engineering calculations to provide balanced lifting in accordance with the coil’s center of gravity. This significantly reduces the risks of coil tilting, overturning, and sudden swinging. Our hooks offer twice the yield strength resistance, ensuring enhanced safety and durability. The counterweighted C hook can be manufactured in various capacities and coil dimensions to be compatible with crane systems. It is tested in accordance with Safe Working Load (SWL) values and manufactured in compliance with industrial safety standards.
